  1. Unless it is specifically agreed in writing by ("The Company") these conditions shall apply.

  2. Typing or clerical errors are subject to continual correction.

  3. The prices are current rates and can change without notice.

  4. Orders accepted by us cannot be cancelled unless at our discretion and without loss

  5. Delivery times quoted cannot be guaranteed nor will we be liable in any way for inaccuracy in delivery dates whether estimated by us or stipulated by the customer.

  6. We accepts no liability whatsoever for goods damaged during transit.

  7. We will pass on to the purchaser the benefit of any warranty given by the manufacturer of the goods but shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising wholly or partly from the installation or application or use of the goods or from any delay in delivery not attributable to wilful default.

  8. Terms: All brochure advertising /website material details are for guideline and promotion purposes only. Material coverage details are approx estimates and prices can change without notice. Delivery times and dates can never be guaranteed.

  9. The risk in the goods will pass to the purchaser on delivery of the goods.

  10. Nothing in this clause shall confer any right upon the purchaser to return the goods to the company.

Q. Do I need any special tools to install the system?

A. No! You only need the usual DIY tools such as saw, screwdriver & hammer etc. There are no specialist tools required.
