We have made the instructions clear, concise and simple but we advise that all measurements of membrane and trim sizes are checked and re-checked before the order is made. On delivery all items must be checked as we cannot be responsible for damages caused by the courier, if the items are signed as damaged on arrival we are able to claim and re-send the goods, If the goods are being received on behalf of someone else the responsibility lies with whoever signs the delivery note. We cannot be held responsible for other people’s errors. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
