Liquid rubber

Liquid rubber is an incredible water proof material that will adhere to almost any surface such as wood, iron, plastic, masonry and corrugated asbestos sheeting!

Preperation

Roof surface should be clean, dry and structurally sound, stable and well secured. Surfaces must be free of voids and irregularities. The roof surface well swept to be as clean as possible.
Voids larger than 3 meters should be addressed with Liquid rubber prior to application. 90° angles on Items such as roof-light-up-stands should be smoothed using liquid rubber.
After full preparation the liquid rubber can then be applied with either a brush or a roller evenly 1mm thick per coat.
Where a second coat is required , this can be applied once the first coat changes colour and forms a surface skin. The surface will be touch dry in 1 to 4 hours dependant of conditions but will continue to cure and form a permanant bond to the surface over the next 72 hours.

Coverage, depending on surface, is 1 - 1.5lts per square metre.

note:

Wear gloves and eye protection when using and will wash in clean water including tools etc.
