The EPDM membrane is essentially one piece of rubber, cut to size for your job. The membrane can survive all forms of weathering and will last 40 years or more. Its so strong its been tested to withstand desert and arctic temperatures.

Since the rubber is glued straight onto the roof surface it easily and quickly creates a water tight seal for your roof. Theres no need for any flames or heat treatment, it’s also incredibly flexible meaning that it wont rip or crack.

Instructions

Laying the rubber is simple: just place the rubber onto the roof, fold back one half glue the surface then fold the rubber back then do the same on the other half, stand on top and smooth it off with a broom then finally trim the excess rubber and JOB DONE! COLD APPLIED means: no need for any heat treatment.

Q. Do I need any special tools to install the system?
A. No! You only need the usual DIY tools such as saw/screwdriver and hammer etc. There are no specialist tool required.

Q. Do I need to replace any timberwork?
A. No! Unless it's rotten or water damaged.

Q. Do I need to strip the felt off my roof before I start?
A. Only if your roof decking is soft or rotten as the system uses a geotextile breather underlay, which also has excellent thermal insulating qualities.

Q. Does the roof need to be perfectly dry before installation?
A. Your roof will never be perfectly dry as all flat roofs have a certain amount of water retention although the drier the better even though the rubber membrane breathes due to it being vapour permeable allowing you to install the roof with minimal fuss on a damp surface..

A. No problem! Just give us a ring and we will talk you through the job step by step in simple terms We can also advise you how to install it as well as any other problems you may have. This advice is only at the cost of a phone call, there is no extra charge to you.
