The perfect long lasting 'Quick Fix'
Roofix 20/10 roofing paint was specifically developed to provide instant waterproofing for leaking roofs, an all weather product that can be applied even in damp conditions. It can be used to repair specific areas that are leaking or totally waterproof an entire roof. This product is multi-purpose and can be utilised on a wide variety of problem areas. A single pack of elastomeric acrylic (non bitumastic) compound, with built in Draylon Fibre re-inforcement, providing excellent flexibility and can provide long term protection in excess of 10 years.
Areas of use include asphalt, slates, asbestos, cement fibre, concrete, metal, old roofing felt, lead flashing gutters bay window and porch areas.
Roofix 20/10 available in three different colours. Black, light grey and a Sun reflective white with a coverage rate of about 1 square metre for each litre of paint applied.
Its main benefits are easy to apply straight from the tin in one simple coat. Built in Draylon fibre re-inforcement structure which makes it very flexible and long lasting finish that can last in excess of ten years.
In emergency situations and for inexpediency it can be applied in wet conditions without detrimental effect to the curing. Surface dampness therefore does not pose any application problem but surface water is best removed where practicable.
