The Paint on system

Liquid Rubber High Build was developed to address the recurring problems encountered by conventional membrane systems. This product is state of the art, with respect to today’s environmental concerns and safe working practices and is not usually available off the hight street.

 

The product consists of stable, non toxic, odourless, non-flammable liquid components which do not present a storage or transportation hazard prior to, during or following application.

 

It has been formulated for brush or roller application making it extremely easy to install. High Build is used for total protection of metal, wood, concrete and composite surfaces.

Easy to work with providing you follow a few simple steps:

The roof surface should be swept clean and dry and of course structurally sound.

 

Voids larger than 3mm should be addressed with Trowel Grade prior to application.

 

Any substrate with a question of doubt should be tested and examined after curing.

 

90 degree angles on items such as roof-light-up-stands should be smoothed with Trowel Grade or treated with a layer of GEO Textile Reinforcement, which can be supplied in 75mm, 150mm and 300mm wide rolls up to 30m in length.

 

High Build Liquid Rubber will touch dry within 1 to 4 hours (depending on conditions) but will continue curing over the next 72 hours.
